Rise To is formed of two parts: The Enterprise Challenge and The Rise To Network.

The Enterprise Challenge

The challenge helps young people gain essential skills to equip them for the world of work while promoting a worthwhile cause.

Teams choose an organisation or a person that deserves recognition. They run a campaign to promote this cause and get as many people as possible to leave thanks messages on their campaign page on www.thanksto.com.

All successful participants are invited into the Rise To Club through which they are encouraged to improve their employability further or gain the skills necessary to start a business.

The Rise To Network

The Rise To Network is an exclusive network of enterprising individuals who have proven they are driven, personable and passionate, usually by successfully completing The Enterprise Challenge.

The Networkaims to encourage, develop and educate young talent. Members have access to a range of events, privileges and benefits that develop their employability. It also offers unique learning opportunities such as career workshops, seminars, exclusive speaker events and introductions to some of Britain’s most innovative and entrepreneurial businesses.
