Gideon and his business partner, Peter Sayburn, founded Market Gravity in 2009 to inject an entrepreneurial spirit into corporate environments. His triumphs include leading the programmes to develop and grow nPower’s home energy services business, and to design and launch ‘Retiready’, Aegon’s digital retirement service.
Gideon enjoys speaking about design-led thinking and innovation-led delivery. He is also co-author of ‘Defying Gravity'; adventures of a corporate entrepreneur and he has used his own entrepreneurial skills to set up a healthy fast food franchise.
