Joel Perlman Co-Founder at OakNorth Bank will be joining us to share his expertise in this area. Joel previously co-founded Copal Amba, an outsourced research company. During his time building Copal Amba, it grew to 3,000 employees across 11 countries before it was acquired in 2014.
In September 2015, Joel launched OakNorth with co-founder Rishi Khosla to provide fast, flexible and accessible debt finance (up to £20m) to entrepreneurs, mid-sized growth businesses and property developers.
In the last two years, the bank has grown its loan book to £450m and been named as one of 17 UK fintech businesses that could one day be worth $1bn.
