In this session, we will bring together both Founders and their Senior Directors to focus on the Entrepreneur – Director relationship and how to get the best from each other.
In this interactive session, both parties will learn how to harnesses the key for successful business relationships which will inevitably make the leadership more effective and help take your business to the next level.

• The Collaboration Contract: Beyond the formalities of role descriptions and goals/objectives needs to be an agreement on what both parties want from the relationship; the dividing lines of responsibility and accountability; what each party expects from each other and where the boundaries of strategy, operations and people management reside.
• Long-term vision vs managing for today: How do you agree what the real priorities are- The important vs the urgent tasks and the essential to strategy vs nice to have.

Jo specialises in working with CEOs and leadership teams of global organisations operating in large, complex and regulated environments; helping to deliver sustainable performance improvements through successful organisational culture change.
She is also a speaker on high-performance leadership and organizational culture and a regular guest lecturer at several of the UKs leading business schools.
Jo was formerly head of HR for Goldman Sachs France and Switzerland.
She has a Diploma in Coaching from The Coaching Academy and is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and an accredited Miro Practitioner.
Jo was recognised in the 2017 Smith & Williamson Power 100 index for her work to boost productivity through positive company culture.
